The Second East Town Writers Meeting

February 10, 2017

An interesting evening at East Town Writers February meeting, with P.J. Reed, Tracey Norman, Richard Dee and others.

We have had a catch up on writing achievement since the last meeting and now one of our group, with marketing experience in various areas, has set people an exercise in identifying their target reader to help with ways of promoting books.

East Town Writers meet in East Town Cafe in Crediton from 7-9 on the 2nd Wednesday of the month.

Do come and join us for a very informal group.

The East Town Writers of Crediton

January 17, 2017

East Town Cafe welcomed writers from Brixham, Winkleigh and Exeter to the inaugural meeting of the East Town Writers.

Lots of positive feedback was received from this event, with the general view that the meeting was inspirational and many great ideas were shared. The meeting is free but we ask you to buy a drink to cover costs of opening the cafe late at night.

The next meeting of the East Town Writers will be on the second Wednesday of Feb (8th) from 7-9pm.

We will be discussing promotion using social media, sharing any recent writing and what we have done since the last meeting. Plus anything else people would like to discuss.

New members are welcome!
